About the Role

As a foundational member of the software engineering team, you'll collaborate with product, operations, data, and robotics teams to develop a next-generation factory operating system. This platform powers a range of internal and external applications, from quoting and load balancing to customer interfacing and supply chain visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and deploy critical applications that directly impact revenue and mission outcomes
• Own a product vertical with the potential to grow into a leadership role
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to shape the roadmap
• Work alongside highly skilled engineers and operators in a high-autonomy environment
• Drive high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced, iterative development environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated ownership of large, complex codebases and tech-lead experience
• Extensive experience with modern full-stack development (React/Next/TypeScript on the front end; Go and Python on the back end)
• Strong product and user orientation
• Comfortable in fast-moving, high-stakes environments
• Prior founder or entrepreneurial experience is a plus
• Willingness to work onsite in Los Angeles (Torrance area)

Compensation & Benefits

• Target salary range: $150,000 – $250,000 (Dependant on experience)

Additional Notes

• U.S. Citizenship or similar ITAR-compliant status is required due to the nature of the work
