The Assistant Business Office Manager is responsible for the following:

Oversee the daily operations of the billing department, including claims submission, eligibility verification, coding, payment positing, and accounts receivable management.

Ensure accurate and timely billing for all services provided.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health-care regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer guidelines.

Education:

An Associates Degree required or equivalent experience with a minimum of two years in a medical billing environment.
