Donor Services Job Description Gift Processing and Data Entry, full-time, 40+ hrs./wk. This is not a remote position. It is an office position in Fredericksburg, VA. Qualifications

• Able to handle multiple projects accurately with a high level of productivity
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, in office.
• Demonstrated ability to use good judgment and to handle confidential information with a level of sensitivity
• Computer skills, keyboarding, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize
• Strong math and computer competency
• Microsoft Office proficiency with emphasis in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills and maintain a high degree of professionalism

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities: Gift Processing. Responsible for accurate and timely data collection, input and processing of all donor and gift information into CRM donor database
• Communicate with donors when necessary to confirm donor intent or update donor information
• Communicate with matching gift companies when necessary to retrieve gifts, make inquiries, complete documentation, and resolve problems
• Download and process all online gifts from various sources.

Experience Experience helpful, 2 years of data entry experience or related activity handling financial transactions with proven accuracy and efficiency. Experience in CRM or comparable fundraising database is a plus. Able to handle multiple projects accurately with a high level of productivity. Able to work with and process information in an analytical fashion. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, in office. Demonstrated ability to use good judgment and to handle confidential information with a level of sensitivity. All Candidates must be able to pass an extensive background check.
