We’re looking for a motivated and well-connected professional to step into a unique opportunity as a Real Estate Healthcare Consultant. This role is ideal for those with ties to the real estate industry—or strong connections within the independent contractor and small business community—who want to offer a meaningful solution to a common challenge: access to quality, affordable healthcare.

As a consultant, you’ll educate agents, brokers, and business owners on a healthcare alternative designed specifically for self-employed individuals. You’ll utilize your real estate and small business network to share valuable information, guide others through a simple referral process, and create long-term income by helping people access better healthcare solutions.

This is a flexible opportunity to grow an additional income stream while making a real impact. Whether you're active in real estate, expanding your business, or simply connected to professionals who could benefit, this role allows you to help others while earning rewarding commissions.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $75,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Educate real estate agents, small business owners, and independent professionals on alternative healthcare options
  • Leverage your existing network to start meaningful conversations
  • Share your referral link and help guide contacts through the sign-up process
  • Stay current by attending virtual trainings and team updates
  • Maintain consistent communication via phone, text, or email
  • Participate in team chats and support groups
  • Help contacts understand how the solution compares to traditional healthcare
  • Track outreach activity and follow-up as needed
  • Represent the solution professionally and with care
Qualifications:
  • Background in real estate, business development, or independent contracting preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • An existing network of agents, business owners, or professionals is a plus
  • Open to commission-based income with long-term earning potential
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Tech-friendly and able to use digital tools for outreach and tracking
  • Available part-time or full-time based on your goals
  • Passionate about helping others while building a scalable income stream
