Salary: $50,000 to $70,000

Summary: IHL is looking for Production Assistant to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Support in daily communication with manufactures and customers overseas.
• 
  Work with sales, design and tech team on calendar deadlines, sourcing, product adoption and samples development.
• 
  Follow up with oversea factories to ensure fabric/ trims/ samples are submitted in a timely manner.
• 
  Place orders and track production deliveries.
• 
  Assist in fittings and supporting the team as needed.
• 
  Monitor samples and approval process.
• 
  Follow up to ensure all orders are being properly shipped and arrived on time.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of production experience preferably within off-price.
• 
  Previous experience working within apparel is preferred but not required.
• 
  Strong organization skills.
• 
  Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 
  Fluent in Chinese language.

Location: New York, NY Midtown West

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000
