Job Description

ManTech seeks a highly skilled and motivated Power BI Developer Enterprise Programs to join our dynamic team in Herndon, VA. This role focuses on leveraging advanced tools and technologies to enhance program performance and drive business insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI, Google App Scripts, and AI technologies. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
• Utilize Google App Scripts to automate workflows, streamline data processing, and enhance program performance tools.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to analyze data, identify trends, and generate predictive insights to improve program performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all tools and platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate performance tools and processes.

**Minimum Qualifications** **:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in development/scripting
• Proven experience with development, Power BI, including creating complex reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Proficiency in Google App Scripts for automating tasks and enhancing Google Workspace applications.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in data analysis and performance improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView).
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
