What We're Looking For:

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers (whether through work, training, or education).
A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
The ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
A knack for explaining things clearly and helping people understand complex information.
Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new digital tools.
Ability to work Saturdays.
Ability to handle cash, and balance your cash drawer.
Ability to follow rules and regulations.
Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience proactively reaching out to customers via phone or email.
Experience educating customers about technology.
Experience working in a team environment.
Experience identifying fraud.
Important Details:

This position requires SAFE registration, which we'll help you with.
A background check and credit check will be required.
This position is located in Bridgeport, NE.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 21.00 Per Hour
