Organizational Change Management Specialist

As an Organizational Change Management Specialist at Uline, you’ll play a key role in guiding change and helping teams adapt to new technology, tools and processes. Position Responsibilities
Develop and implement change management plans for IT projects of all sizes, from small updates to major initiatives.
Collaborate with project teams, business units and IT leaders to align change activities with project goals.
Create and manage communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged throughout each project.
Develop training resources to help teams adapt and succeed with new tools and processes.
Monitor change efforts, gather feedback and find ways to continuously improve our approach.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, IT or a related field.
3+ years of experience in change management or organizational development.
Proven success in driving adoption for new systems, tools or processes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
