Job Description

Hunton Group is seeking a hands-on Marketing & Administrative Intern at our Corporate office located at Westpark 77042 . The ideal candidate will support cross-functional marketing efforts and contribute to behind-the-scenes initiatives that drive both corporate and commercial success. This paid part-time internship is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the inner workings of a busy corporate marketing team. You'll gain exposure to event planning, social media strategy, internal communications, branding, and more from the headquarters of a leading HVAC industry player. What You'll Do: You'll assist the marketing team with both creative and operational tasks, including: Marketing & Communications: Assist in maintaining and updating the Project Highlights section of the Hunton intranet using internal news and social media content. Support social media content planning, scheduling, and reporting. Create flyers, blog posts, internal announcements, and other marketing materials. Help update website content, imagery, and SEO across all corporate websites. Gather data and insights for digital campaigns and track marketing performance metrics. Brand & Event Support: Organize inventory, marketing storage areas, trade show materials, employee gifts, and branded swag. Inspect and coordinate repairs for banners and promotional displays. Assist in preparing the corporate office and conference rooms for marketing events and internal presentations. Take the lead in securing a headshot photographer. Organizing employee photo files accordingly. Administrative Coordination: Order business cards and create employee ID badges. Support internal engagement programs like Hunton Cares and employee recognition efforts. Maintain organized archives of marketing tools, images, and collateral. Help improve the layout, aesthetics, and resource management of the corporate office space. Special Projects: Take ownership of internal marketing tasks and impromptu projects as they arise. Collaborate with other departments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Are You: A current student or recent graduate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field . A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms, Canva, or basic graphic design tools is a plus. Comfortably working independently and as part of a collaborative team. Energized by learning opportunities and happy to pitch in wherever needed. Bonus Points For: 1–2 years of work or internship experience in marketing or admin support roles. Experience writing content, creating graphics, or supporting digital campaigns. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Why Join Us?
