Position Overview:
As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our company. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, dispatch technicians to service calls, manage scheduling, and assist with various administrative duties. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and service inquiries
• Dispatch technicians and manage daily scheduling
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Provide administrative and clerical support
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and team members
• Follow up on open service tickets or outstanding tasks

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in dispatching, office support, or customer service (plumbing/electrical industry experience preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Quick Books
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience with Payzer software is a plus but not required
• Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and field staff

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week

• Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
• Day shift
• Possible On Call

Work Location: In person
