Description:
Previous dispatch experience is preferred with some knowledge of plumbing.
Must be at least 18 yrs old and eligible to work in the US.
Individual must be proficient in English, with good verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to follow instructions/ direction given by management.
Work efficiently alone and in group settings.
Must be confident to make decisions on a whim if necessary.
Computer skills is a must.
As a dispatcher, this individual will: answer phones, schedule appointments, directing technicians and following up with customers; GPS tracking, follow up on material ordered and take payments over the phone.
Some office duties may apply.
