Responsibilities:
Assist with all aspects of concrete work including forming, pouring, and finishing
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow safety protocols and job site procedures
Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
Must live in or near Gainesville, GA
Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Must be able to work long hours, including early mornings and overtime as needed
Must be available for an in-person interview in Cumming, GA
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically strenuous tasks
Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Preferred Experience:
Prior concrete or construction labor experience is a plus
Familiarity with concrete tools and finishing techniques
