Boutique Fort Worth Commercial Real Estate law firm has an opening for a real estate attorney . The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in facilitating commercial acquisitions and dispositions, including title and survey analysis, preparation of closing documents, and lease review. The candidate should demonstrate sound judgment, make informed decisions, and work well under pressure. Excellent influence and diplomacy skills are essential in this challenging, fast-paced environment. The real estate attorney will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and supervising all aspects of real estate transactions, including significant client contact and communication with title companies. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, amendments, easements, rights-of-way, and closing documents. Conduct title and survey review and analysis. Support corporate formation, including entities, agreements, and commercial contracts. Maintain accurate time reports for billing. Perform special projects and additional functions as needed. Review and analyze commercial leases and prepare lease abstracts. Facilitate communication among parties to ensure smooth transaction closings. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Texas. 2-5 years of experience in real estate law. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. Interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Self-motivated, capable of working independently and in teams. Detail-oriented with active listening skills. Sound judgment, problem-solving, and resourcefulness. Ability to meet deadlines and maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, with additional hours as needed. Compensation: Market-based, depending on experience.
