Position Title: CNC Vertical Mill Machinist

Wage: $52,000 - $62,800/year

Shift: 1st or 2nd

CNC Vertical Mill Machinist Responsibilities:
- Serve as a resource for Youth Apprentices, Operators and Machinists at all levels.
- Determine the most efficient and proper method to machine part to print
- Read and determine how to machine parts from complex difficulty blueprints
- Program complex level parts
- Problem solve how to machine different parts
- Follow 6S procedures, ISO/quality procedures and safety protocols

Requirements for CNC Vertical Mill Machinist:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent 
- At least 5 years of machining experience in a job shop environment
- 4+ years of CNC machining experience (VTL, lathe, mill, boring bar)
- Fluent in M & G code
- Proficient in blueprint reading
- Able to work with extremely tight tolerances
- Strong problem solving, prioritization and communication skills
- Self-sufficient
