We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive, collaborative setting that prioritizes clinician well-being and client-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychotherapy and psychological support to individuals across the lifespan

  • Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and needs

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and agency standards

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and supervision as appropriate

  • Stay current on evidence-based practices, clinical research, and continuing education

  • Uphold the highest standards of clinical ethics and client confidentiality

  • Help foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and professional growth

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program (required)

  • Active Minnesota licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) or license eligibility (required)

  • Proven experience providing psychotherapy and psychological assessment services

  • Strong diagnostic, therapeutic, and documentation skills

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team

  • Commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed care

  • Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specialized training in trauma, grief, or specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., EMDR, ACT, DBT)

  • Experience working with children, adolescents, or families

  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (a plus)
